We are a London based fabric maintenance and refurbishment company. Our dedicated office team manage a core group of engineers and contractors each of whom is assigned to a set of buildings so that there is continuity of cover and in depth knowledge of the site requirements. This enables a rapid and responsive approach to reactive and preventative maintenance calls. We also offer planned maintenance visits and specialise in early morning out of hours calls to minimise disruption to the working day. Our field service management software ensures our engineers are in the right place at the right time armed with essential site information to make effective repairs. Our aim is to find solutions not problems and by knowing our buildings, we are able to deliver a timely, cost effective service.
